PASMA Low Level Access Training

Low level work platforms, often called podiums, pulpits, room scaffolds or podium steps, provide a stable platform for someone carrying out tasks at heights of under 2.5 metres. They’re generally lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, fold away for easy storage or transportation, and have collective fall prevention built in.

• Assembling and dismantling low level access equipment, including the 3T method

• Identifying hazards in the work environment
• Avoiding personal health hazards

Your training instructor will give you an printed copy of the PASMA Low Level Access course notes and a PASMA Code of Practice that you can refer back to.

On successfully completing the theory and practical segments of the course, you’ll receive a PASMA Certificate.

This PASMA Low Level Access course is suitable for anyone who will be using low level access equipment at home or at work, including:

• Those who have never used this equipment before
• Those who already use this equipment but have never been formally trained
• Those re-taking the course after an earlier qualification expires

If you also work with mobile access towers, this course can be done at the same time as Towers for Users. By doing the PASMA Combined Course you get both qualifications in one day!
