PASMA Towers on Stairways for Users
Stepped towers, stairway access towers, towers on stairs… they’ve got various names, but they all do the same thing and there’s no prizes for guessing what it is. Of course, it’s a tower designed to be used on a stairway, a spot where access is often tricky. In fact, they can be used in other places where the ends of the tower will be at different heights too.
Towers are often used on stairways for painting and decorating, maintenance and repair, overhead installations and a whole lot more, meaning this PASMA Towers on Stairways course will appeal to a wide audience.
Get trained
PASMA Towers on Stairways for Users will equip you with the specialist knowledge you need to work safely with stairway towers. Spend one day at our approved PASMA training centre with an expert instructor and go back to work knowing:
- How to safely assemble, dismantle and alter stairway towers
- How to safely use stairway towers
- How to inspect stairway towers
- How to identify hazards relating to their use
- What legislation, regulations and guidance are applicable to these towers
Using a combination of theory and practical work, this PASMA Towers on Stairways course builds on your existing tower knowledge by introducing new techniques for working on stepped surfaces and new enabling components, such as portal frames and props.
